I have been signed up the Accelerate online programme for over 6 months and am finding it to be amazing and a great way to keep myself motivated and make progress in the gym.

The workouts are varied and don’t take too long and they change every month which keeps things fresh and interesting!

Libby is a wonderful and supportive trainer even with the online programmes and the exercise demonstration videos are fantastic.
