Our focus is learning the correct techniques to build muscle effectively. Our certified trainers will guide you every step of the way, ensuring you not only achieve results but also understand the science behind each exercise

Enjoy plenty of 1-1 attention from our experienced trainers. We believe in individualised guidance to help you reach your potential and make the most out of every session

12-week block
Frequency: 1 class per week
Cost: $30 per person per week, includes 1 class and weekly gym programming
